* News from Russia: - Radio "Pamyat" ("memory" in English) reactivated its programmes from December,8. It is now on 7380 at 15.00-16.30 - In Irkutsk broadcasts of "Radio-1-Orbita" on 1080 and Radio Junost on 1170 was dropped because of financial crisis - Also other news including relays of foreign broadcasters via Russia's transmitters * UHF Radio this time includes full list of FM stations in Moscow * MW-LW provides full information about Radio Authority in the UK and addresses * On the broadcasting bands: news about Radio Tirana, BBC, Kol Israel, Radio Habana Cuba, Moldavia, TWR in Monaco and Swaziland, stations in USA, etc. * This issue also includes regular QSL-corner and letters review. Besides these the next piece of "Introduction to Scanning" by Bob Parnass in the Russian translation and pen-friends list with over 30 addresses of DXers in Russia and several CIS countries. To obtain previous issues (##34-38) send 8 IRCs to the same address. The 41st issue of our bulletin is the last for the near seen time. There are several reasons for this. We can't yet announce when this break will be finished. But this is not the full stop of our activity. We'll continue to provide two times a year "Foreign broadcasts in the Russian language".
